Jack and Olivia contacted Mintax during the construction of their residential investment property. As Quantity Surveyors we were able to provide advice on how to maximise their claim over a 40-year period. Once completed we conducted a full inspection of the building, capturing detail of all external & internal items. We were even able to include their additional expense such as roller blinds and fencing. The property was jointly owned on a 50/50 basis which allowed us to provide individual reports for both at no additional cost. The result being increased claims through the benefits of a low value pool and first year write off.

James is a seasoned investor who has used Mintax on a number of occasions for his commercial investment properties. His most recent purchase comprised of a 3-year-old 380m2 warehouse with a small double storey office area to the front of the building together with a share of the common driveway and car park. Whilst the warehouse was predominantly a tilt slab concrete construction, we were able to save James thousands when we uncovered the depreciation available to him through the office fit out, lighting, heating and cooling, fire services, bathroom and kitchen fittings including the floor tiling. We were also able to include his share of the common area at no additional cost.
