Together with our Senior Quantity Surveyors, Mintax has a combined 48 years’ experience in both the valuation and quantity surveying industry. Geoff, Aaron and our team have worked together on a variety of local, rural and national projects and are proud to have reported to a vast number of business sectors including, private, banking, government, medical and sporting.

Our expertise includes initial quantity surveying reports, progress reporting, replacement insurance reports and tax depreciation schedules.

Our Purpose

Property is often someone’s biggest investment, yet many owners don’t realise how much they’re legally entitled to claim.

We started this business to make that process clear, accurate, and stress-free. Our goal is simple: to provide reliable tax depreciation schedules prepared by qualified specialists, so property owners and their advisers can claim with confidence.

We combine technical construction knowledge with up-to-date tax legislation to ensure every report is compliant, defensible, and genuinely valuable because good advice should save you money, not create uncertainty.
